Job Description

We are hiring a Software Architect to own and build the full-stack architecture for Mira s consumer-facing financial product, ensuring correctness, scalability, and safe money movement from day one.

Company Details

Mira is building the foundational trust and verification layer for agentic commerce, where autonomous AI agents interact, transact, and deliver value across digital systems. Mira is also building a consumer-facing financial product combining crypto-native banking, agentic automation, and integrations with existing financial providers. The team focuses on correctness, reliability, and clear execution while shipping foundational infrastructure for intelligent consumer finance.

Requirements

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong backend depth
Experience in fintech, payments, wallets, or financial infrastructure
Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and consistency guarantees
Experience building ledgers, balances, transaction states, and reconciliation systems
Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs such as KYC, payments, and compliance
Strong knowledge of retries, idempotency, race conditions, and data integrity
Frontend experience with React and modern TypeScript frameworks
Comfort owning DevOps, deployments, monitoring, and operational reliability
Experience working in 0-1 or ambiguous product environments
Strong ownership mindset with ability to define technical direction

Responsibilities

Design and own the end-to-end architecture of the core product
Build backend systems for correctness-critical financial workflows
Integrate KYC, wallet providers, verification services, vaults, and financial APIs
Define and enforce system invariants and safe failure handling
Build and evolve agentic automation and orchestration flows
Develop core web, admin, and internal frontend tools
Collaborate closely with mobile and product teams
Set up CI/CD pipelines, environments, monitoring, and alerts
Act as technical lead and mentor, raising engineering standards
Partner with leadership on long-term technical strategy
