Job Title Software Architect

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

15+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Expertise in C# . NET, Basic Python, Oracle & Powershell.
Experience in backend development i. e. architecture design patterns, infrastructure, networking, availability, reliability, etc.
Experience in Prometheus observability/Monitoring Stack, PromQL, Grafana, GO LANG (optional) & developing RESTFul microservices using AWS.
Experience & firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns.
Experience in the system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products.
Experience with Agile methodology, Tools, and Practices.
Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
Working with multisite teams, Quality-conscious and process-oriented.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with Partners and geographically distributed teams.
A recognized bachelor or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related majors. 10 years + experience in similar technical leader and architect positions.
Stakeholder management: the ability to communicate vision and need and create buy-in;
Ability to discover customers unmet/untold needs and turn them into technical backlogs and roadmaps.
Ability to shape direction as a change agent and deal with uncertainties.
Ability to discover and gather market opportunities, technical trends, and customer requirements and deliver innovative solutions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in a cloud environment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company s main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
