Stay updated with UiPath product updates and emerging trends in RPA
12-15+ years of overall IT experience, with strong exposure to solution architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Solution Architect)
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience in large-scale automation projects
Candidates with over 15 years of experience are encouraged to apply
Strong preference for candidates who have worked in architect roles in enterprise RPA environments
Exposure to modern AI/ML integrations in RPA is advantageous
