Job Description

Work for a product team to deliver enterprise planning & execution products for various industries
Establish tech & integration strategy for o9 s products using a mix of technologies - o9 proprietary platform constructs, databases and languages- on a Saas infrastructure
Build high availability, low latency products including centralized monitoring & control panel applications which are used by o9 teams and customers
Work in Enterprise Knowledge Graph, EKG Configurator
Incorporate machine learning, deep learning, generative ai capabilities into the products for various use cases
Interact with different product & implementation teams to lay out deployment plan

What You ll Bring to the Role:

8+ years of experience in software development , with at least 3 years focused on software architecture including both high-level system design and detailed component-level design
Proven expertise in designing scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems , with a strong foundation in clean code principles , design patterns, and modern architectural best practices (eg, microservices, event-driven systems, domain-driven design)
A polyglot mindset , with advanced proficiency in Java, Python, and C# and a strong ability to evaluate and choose the right language or framework based on technical and business needs
Demonstrated hands-on experience building a scalable product from the ground up , including initial architectural planning, technology selection, iterative development, and scaling for performance and reliability
Deep understanding of databases and data architectures , including relational systems (eg, SQL), big data platforms (eg, Delta Lake, Hadoop, Hive), and NoSQL solutions (eg, MongoDB), with a focus on performance and scalability
Experience delivering complex, multi-technology solutions across distributed systems, integrating diverse tech stacks in a scalable and efficient manner
Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, and QA automation frameworks such as Selenium or Telerik
Ability to lead and mentor small, focused engineering teams , provide technical guidance, and make architecture decisions that influence long-term product evolution
Comfortable working across the full software lifecycle, from prototyping and design to implementation and production support, within a fast-paced, high-performance culture
