As a Software Architect at our company in Jaipur, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the delivery of enterprise-grade systems that balance innovation, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. You will play a crucial role in aligning business strategy with technical execution, collaborating with various teams within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for enterprise projects. - Translate business strategy into actionable technical designs. - Make technology selection decisions with a balance of innovation and long-term maintainability. - Review system designs to ensure scalability, performance, and security. - Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and executives to align architecture with strategic goals. - Support engineering teams with prototyping and technical problem-solving. - Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and governance processes. - Mentor engineers and lead architectural reviews, trade-off analysis, and decision-making. - Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, serverless, edge computing) and apply them where relevant. **Requirements:** - Proven track record in architecting and delivering large-scale, distributed software systems. - Expertise in modern architectural patterns: microservices, event-driven systems, composable commerce, and headless architectures. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Commitment to designing secure, high-performance, and cost-efficient systems. **Desirable Skills:** - Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages/frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java, .NET, Python). - Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with data platforms, integration patterns, and API-first design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC). - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. - Awareness of security standards (GDPR, SOC2) and enterprise IT constraints. - Ability to design solutions for multi-tenant, global-scale environments.
