The Role

Software Architect (Data & Platform)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architectural vision for real-time streaming platforms
  
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for financial data ingestion & processing
  
• Architect core trading modules (PAMM, MAMM, Copy Trading, IB systems)
  
• Lead technical design reviews & establish architectural standards
  
• Drive technology selection for next-gen data infrastructure
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate vision into execution
  
• Mentor senior engineers in architectural principles & patterns
  

What We’re Looking For

Experience That Matters

• 12+ yrs in software engineering with strong architecture focus
  
• 5+ yrs architecting SaaS data products at scale (multi-tenant, real-time APIs, analytics)
  
• Strong background in trading platforms, market data, or financial systems
  
• Deep expertise in

  streaming/data platforms (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar)

• Proven experience scaling systems to millions of transactions
  

Technical Excellence

• Expert in event-driven & streaming architectures
  
• Advanced knowledge of data lakes, OLAP, HTAP, time-series models
  
• Proficiency in

  Java & high-performance computing

  (JVM tuning, GC optimization)
• Strong in distributed systems, cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  
• Expertise in API, integration, and security/compliance architecture
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Skilled in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, C4, Event Storming)
  
• Strong ability to align technical vision with business & compliance goals
  
• Experience mentoring, leading design reviews & driving innovation at scale
  

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with PAMM/MAMM/Copy Trading systems
  
• Ultra-low-latency financial architectures (microseconds, FPGA, custom networking)
  
• Blockchain/DeFi integration experience
  
• Real-time risk management systems
