  • Software Architect — AI Systems & Automation

    Software Architect

    to help design, scale, and evolve our AI-driven backend systems — working closely with cross-functional teams that blend product innovation and deep technology.


  • Responsibilities


  • Architect scalable, modular backend systems that integrate AI, data pipelines, and intelligent automation.
  • Design event-driven and distributed systems that handle complex decision flows.
  • Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to integrate machine learning models and LLMs into system workflows.
  • Develop frameworks for real-time decisioning, context management, and action orchestration.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security across multi-tenant deployments.
  • Lead technical design discussions and guide teams toward robust architecture implementation.


  • Requirements


  • 8+ years of backend or systems architecture experience in high-scale environments.
  • Strong programming background in

    Python, Node.js, or Go

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL

    , and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Exposure to

    AI/ML integration

    (LLMs, vector databases, or RAG pipelines).
  • Experience with

    workflow orchestration tools

    like Temporal, Airflow, or Prefect.
  • Knowledge of system

    security, RBAC, and CI/CD pipelines

    .
  • Ability to translate business goals into architecture-level solutions.


  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with conversational AI or context-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics or intelligent automation platforms.
  • Prior experience in

    multi-tenant SaaS

    or

    hybrid cloud

    architectures.
  • Familiarity with developer SDKs or plugin-based ecosystems.
