Software Architect 3

The Software Architect 3 is a technical leader responsible for ensuring that the technical designs for the software components are suitable, well-documented, and aligned with the product roadmap, business goals, and technology strategy. This role involves forming a close partnership with product owners, leading requirements analysis and software design activities, developing complex code based on functional specifications, and maintaining and improving the codebase with a focus on performance, security, reliability, and deliverability. The Software Architect 3 collaborates with software developers and other architects to produce design documentation, identify deficiencies in the design, and provide timely guidance to development teams to overcome obstacles. Additionally, this role involves mentoring, coaching, and training team members, monitoring compliance with guidance, and providing necessary support to ensure adherence. To be successful as a Software Architect 3, you should have at least 8 years of experience in software development, advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design, expert-level experience with C#, .NET, and OAuth-based authentication, strong working knowledge of Angular, hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Docker, advanced software modeling skills, and experience with modern software development lifecycle processes. Effective communication skills, experience with multiple technology stacks, organizational skills, collaboration abilities, leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are also important for this role.
