Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of various applications used in life insurance industry including application login, Underwriting including web portals.
• Developing and executing proposed business and technical solutions.
• Executing business requirements for the business/technology solutions that will allow the technical team to become more efficient and effective.
• Assist development teams in understanding the requirement and review estimation ,documenting scope, defining gaps and updating implementation estimates.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust software applications using Java and associated technologies.
• Provide technical direction and innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Good knowledge on Frontend and backend technology like Java, javascript , SQL , Cloud technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
  

Experience Required And Qualifications

• 3 7 yearswork experience in business solutions development with degree in computer science.
