Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer with 2+ years of experience to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring. You will be responsible for training students and professionals on essential soft skills that enhance their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soft skills training sessions in-person or online, ensuring interactive and engaging delivery.
• Teach core areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette.
• Develop training materials, role-play activities, case studies, and real-world scenarios for effective learning.
• Mentor participants, address queries, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Customize training programs to suit different learning groups (e.g., students, professionals, managers).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in soft skills training.
• Track participant progress and adapt training methods to maximize outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts in simple, practical, and relatable terms.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and personal development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in behavioral training, public speaking, or corporate workshops.
• Familiarity with modern training methodologies and digital learning platforms.
• Coaching/mentoring experience with individuals or groups.
• Certification in training or learning & development will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
