CBSE Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver soft skills training sessions based on the CBSE curriculum and guidelines.
  
• Conduct interactive workshops and activities to promote key skills such as:
  
• Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  
• Interpersonal skills
  
• Time management and goal setting
  
• Stress and emotion management
  
• Leadership and teamwork
  
• Decision making and problem solving
  
• Customize training modules to suit the age and learning level of students.
  
• Use audio-visual aids, role plays, case studies, and group activities to ensure experiential learning.
  
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, feedback, and observation.
  
• Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and administrators to integrate soft skills with academic learning.
  
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and student feedback.
  
• Stay updated with CBSE circulars, updates, and innovations in life skills education.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or related field.
  
• Certification or training in soft skills, life skills, or personality development (preferred).
  
• Minimum [X] years of experience in training or teaching soft skills.
  
• Familiarity with CBSE guidelines on life skills and value education.
  
• Excellent command of English and Hindi (or regional language as required).
  
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Empathetic, student-friendly, and culturally sensitive approach.
