Location - Noida 58 ; Part time ; Online classes Exp.- 2-3 years Budget - As per hours of classes Positions - 1 opening Key Responsibilities: Guiding students in developing their communication, leadership, and other soft skills. Delivering engaging and interactive personality development online workshops, training sessions, and seminars focused on various soft skills like communication, leadership, and teamwork. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback on their development, and identifying areas for improvement. Providing guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their personal and professional growth, and helping them develop their potential. Communicating effectively with students to ensure a smooth learning process. Adapting teaching methods and materials to cater to diverse learning styles and needs. Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in areas like communication, leadership, or career development. The ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts, engage students, and deliver impactful presentations. The ability to guide and mentor students, inspire them to reach their full potential, and foster a positive learning environment. Proven knowledge and experience in personality development principles, training methodologies, and soft skills development.
