Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Kochi. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on various soft skills, life skills, communication, and presentation skills. They will also facilitate workshops, mentor students, and create engaging training materials. The role includes assessing learner progress and providing feedback to ensure continuous development.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
• Expertise in Training & Development, and Life Skills training
• Proficiency in facilitating Soft Skills improvement
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging training content
• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
