Position Overview

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training modules on:

Verbal and non-verbal communication
Personality development & grooming
Presentation skills & public speaking
Interview skills & group discussion techniques
Emotional intelligence & workplace behaviour

Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure student progress.
Collaborate with the Career Services team to align training with industry expectations and placement requirements.
Organize mock interviews, role plays, and group activities to enhance interactive learning.
Offer individual coaching to students needing additional support.
Prepare reports on student performance and suggest areas of improvement.
Support placement preparation initiatives and participate in campus recruitment readiness programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Certification in soft skills or behavioural training preferred (e.g., Dale Carnegie, NLP, Train the Trainer).
0-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills/Communication Trainer, preferably having experience in education sector.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for student development and mentoring.
Ability to design creative and customized training content.
