Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on
soft skills, life skills, and personality development
for school and college students.
Deliver workshops on
communication skills, public speaking, confidence building, leadership, goal setting, time management, teamwork, and emotional intelligence
.
Design customized content and session plans based on students age groups and institutional goals.
Use innovative training techniques such as
role-plays, group activities, storytelling, games, and multimedia tools
.
Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Travel to various institutions and follow training schedules as per the academic calendar.
Prepare session reports, attendance, and collect feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with schools/colleges for session planning and feedback discussions.
Represent
GLA University
with professionalism and uphold the brand’s values in every interaction.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Preference for Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
Certification in Soft Skills Training or Behavioral Training (preferred).
2–6 years of experience in conducting soft skills/personality development training for students.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and rapport-building ability.
High energy, confident personality, and student-focused approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across cities.
