Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer located in Vishakhapatnam . The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on life skills, communication, and soft skills. The trainer will create and deliver engaging presentations, develop training materials, and assess the progress of trainees. Additionally, the trainer will provide feedback and support to ensure the effective learning of soft skills by participants.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Presentation Skills and Training & Development
• Proficiency in Life Skills and Communication
• Strong Soft Skills training abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create engaging training materials and presentations
• Prior experience in training and development is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
