• Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel social media campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis.
• Deep familiarity with major platforms paid advertising tools, community building, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
• Strong leadership skills for guiding teams and external partners.
• Excellent content creation, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with brands/agencies in Pune is an advantage.
