Social Worker

Job Description: Y2K Tots Foundation is a social impact organization committed to malnutrition eradication, child welfare, and community health initiatives. We are looking for passionate Social Worker or social worker Interns to support our projects, engage in fundraising activities, assist in office operations, and contribute to the NGOs revenue-generating initiatives. As a Social Worker or Social worker Intern, you will be actively involved in managing projects, supporting fundraising activities, assisting in office work, and contributing to the NGOs e-commerce initiatives, where sales help fund our social programs. This role offers hands-on experience in NGO operations, community development, and social entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities: - Project Support & Fieldwork: Assist in executing various social welfare projects, including nutrition, education, and healthcare initiatives. - Community Engagement: Organize awareness campaigns, fundraising drives, and wellness programs. - Fundraising & Revenue Generation: Support the NGOs income-generating initiatives, including corporate partnerships, donation drives, and e-commerce sales. - E-Commerce Support: Assist in managing the NGOs e-commerce section, ensuring smooth operations, order processing, and promotions, as sales contribute to funding social projects. - Office & Administrative Work: Provide support in documentation, record-keeping, and other day-to-day office tasks. - Travel & Outreach: Visit project sites, interact with beneficiaries, and coordinate with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Social Work or related field preferred. - Strong passion for social welfare and community development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Prior experience in NGO work or social projects is a plus.,
