About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and organized Social Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Support TB and Rheumatology patients with treatment adherence, follow-up, and emotional counseling.
• Help patients apply for

  government and non-government aid programs

  (state and central).
• Conduct structured follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
• Research and document available patient assistance schemes and entitlements by state and central governments.
• Coordinate logistics and field operations for multiple ongoing projects.
• Engage with healthcare providers, hospital staff, and local authorities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain records, generate progress reports, and support program documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field.

• Graduates from premier institutes such as TISS, PHFI, or equivalent

  are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare-related social work or public health programs.
• Comfortable with regular travel within Delhi and surrounding regions.
