Social Work - Management Trainee (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated Elderly Care Social Work - Management Trainee to provide home-based, non-pharmacological support for individuals with dementia and age-related cognitive challenges. This role focuses on assessment, care planning, well-being enhancement, and caregiver education to improve overall quality of life. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients" cognitive, emotional, and functional needs. Your role involves developing individualized care plans to enhance daily living and overall well-being. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is essential for a holistic approach to elderly care. Maintaining detailed records of client progress and care strategies is crucial. You will share insights with families and healthcare teams to ensure continuous care improvement. Continuous learning and development are encouraged to stay updated with best practices in dementia care and elderly support. Qualifications & Skills required include a degree in MSW/Msc. Psychology/ Bsc. Psychology, strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families, empathy, patience, and a passion for working with the elderly. You should also have the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This full-time position is based in Kottayam or Kozhikode with a day shift schedule and requires work in person.,
