Role Brief

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Video Personality to develop engaging and high-quality video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be expressive and confident on camera. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice, increasing engagement, and driving audience growth.

Role Responsibilities

ï· Create high-quality, engaging, and original video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.ï· Create engaging and informative video content that highlights the brand, showcases products and services, and introduces the team.ï· Be on top of Instagram reel trends, take inspiration & ideate conceptsï· Brainstorm compelling ideas for posts, captions, ads, emails, and other digital content.ï· Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.ï· Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to optimize content.ï· Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.ï· Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations.ï· Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, content formats, and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

ï· Completed a Graduate degree in any disciplineï· Strong on-camera presence and communication skills..ï· Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).ï· Creative enough to make interesting reels/videos for target audience.ï· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.ï· Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
