We're looking for a Video Editor who’s hands-on with short-form content, knows their way around Reels, ads, and brand videos, and can edit with intent, not just aesthetics. If you live and breathe video timelines, love experimenting with pace, transitions, and typography, and want to work with a growing team on diverse D2C brands, this could be your next desk.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, ads, montages, product explainers) with clean transitions and engaging cuts

• Work with content and performance teams to edit with the objective in mind (not just design)

• Clean up raw footage, enhance quality, and add motion graphics or text overlays where needed

• Cut videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and performance campaigns

• Manage post-production timelines and file organization like a pro

• Bring a sense of rhythm, brand understanding, and thumb-stopping visuals to every project

Skills You Should Have

• Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro (After Effects or CapCut Pro is a bonus)

• Eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling

• Ability to take feedback and iterate fast

• Familiarity with social media trends and ad formats

• Bonus if you can dabble in basic motion graphics or product video formats

Must Haves

• Available to work full-time from our office in Ghatkopar, Mumbai

• Prior editing work or showreel (personal or freelance projects count)

• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and multi-brand workflows
