Social Media Strategist

A Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (text, images, video).
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay up to date with current trends, technologies, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
• Conduct competitive research and audience analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
