Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow social media accounts from scratch to large audiences (100K+ followers).
• Create compelling stories and write engaging content.
• Collaborate with team members to bring ideas to life across platforms.
• Design creative content plans that connect with people and inspire action.
• Plan and schedule posts that build brand value, awareness, and reputation.
• Monitor and interpret social media metrics to improve performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media strategy or content creation.
• Proven passion for content creation, social media, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience growing a social media account from scratch (strong advantage).
• Creativity, consistency, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and evaluate social metrics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and tools.
• Curious, proactive, and skilled in writing for digital and social audiences.
