Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media accounts, and managing public relations. Daily tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall social media presence.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Client-servicing
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to manage Public Relations
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
