Social Media Strategist

As a Marketing Automation Strategist at Schbang, you will be responsible for driving social media strategy and digital marketing execution for clients. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation Technology team to ensure that campaigns are optimized for performance and business impact. Your role will involve developing and executing effective content strategies tailored for performance media campaigns, incorporating a clear understanding of platform-specific communication styles and social media ecosystem functionality. Additionally, you will work with the Marketing Automation Technology team to integrate digital marketing campaigns with CRM, emailers, and other automation journeys as necessary. You will be expected to create monthly and campaign-specific content plans in coordination with design, copy, and tech teams. Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing content and campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on platform algorithms, digital trends, and competitor activities to recommend proactive strategies will be crucial. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients. Managing posting schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines, as well as coordinating with clients for approvals, will also fall within your purview. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content management roles. A strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior is essential. While a basic understanding of marketing automation is preferred, a willingness to learn about integrating social strategies with automation journeys and CRM tools is necessary. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills are required, along with a creative mindset that appreciates aesthetics and brand tonality. Proficiency in platform analytics tools for tracking and reporting performance is also expected.
