The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp, with a focus on reaching small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Delhi, India. You will play a key role in showcasing how digital tools and platformssuch as marketplace management (e.g., Amazon India, Flipkart) and online activation (e.g., Google My Business)can help SMBs grow their digital presence and drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, strong content creation skills (especially short-form videos), and a pulse on the needs of Indian SMBs to increase brand engagement and conversions. Your Role at Large Function Leadership Shoot engaging and high-quality video content, including reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes footage. Edit videos to create captivating and shareable short-form content that aligns with brand objectives and trends. Work closely with the content and social media teams to ensure videos meet the creative brief and objectives. Use editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools) to create polished video content. Add music, effects, text overlays, and transitions to videos to enhance the overall viewer experience. Stay up-to-date with current trends in video editing and social media, particularly in the realm of short-form video content. Academic Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content, with a strong focus on short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, WhatsApp Stories) tailored to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Delhi. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align social media posts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging. Shoot and edit high-quality short videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. Add music, effects, captions, and transitions to enhance content appeal and ensure platform compatibility. Track social media trends and algorithm changes, especially those impacting video content performance on Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement, and suggest content optimizations to improve reach and conversions.
