Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and nightlife-ready Social Media Executive to manage and grow our multiple hospitality brands, including Titos, Mambos, and others clubs. The role requires someone who not only knows the tools but also understands the pulse of social media trends—especially in the hospitality and nightlife space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) through Meta Business Suite.
• Create engaging daily content including posts, reels, and stories—especially during night/weekend events (onsite presence required).
• Write creative, brand-consistent captions and research trending hashtags to maximize reach.
• Monitor, respond, and engage with followers—handling queries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Plan and schedule campaigns, collaborating with design and event teams.
• Track analytics and provide insights for improving engagement and reach.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends for event coverage.
• Strong writing skills with a knack for catchy, impactful captions.
• Understanding of trending content formats and hashtags.
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
• Hospitality, nightlife, or event industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
