We’re not just another eyewear brand. Monvue is building a new category in beauty—cosmetic lenses and sunglasses made to blend effortlessly with Indian skin tones and everyday style. Clean, minimal, lightweight titanium frames and next-level lenses from Korea. No fluff. Just serious style.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who lives and breathes social. You know what’s trending before it hits Reels. You understand aesthetic, brand tone, and what clicks with Gen Z and millennials. You’ll be working closely with the founders and creative team—this is a full-time, in-person role in Gurgaon.

Your Role

• Own and run our Instagram
• Plan, create and post daily content (reels, stories, memes, carousels—you name it)
• Track insights, growth, engagement and tweak strategies in real-time
• Collaborate with influencers and creators—DMs, gifting, barter, paid, etc.
• Be on top of what's trending in fashion, beauty, culture
• Upload products, manage inventory, update banners & offers on Shopify
• Assist with packaging, launch content, events, and shoots when needed
• Basically, treat this brand like it’s your own

You Should Have

• 1–3 years experience in social media / content / marketing (agency or D2C brand)
• Basic knowledge of Shopify (we'll train you deeper if needed)
• A solid eye for good design, branding, and what works online
• Confidence to take initiative, move fast, and experiment
• Ability to write clear, catchy captions and think visually
• Bonus if you're into fashion/beauty or have experience in it
