Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok . The ideal candidate will be responsible for campaign strategy, ad creation, performance optimization, budget management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth . Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies to meet business objectives (lead generation, traffic, brand awareness, sales). Ad Creation & Optimization: Craft engaging ad copy, collaborate on creative design, and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign ROI. Platform Management: Manage campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Budget Management: Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum return on investment (ROI). Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and analytics teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies. Market Research: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and advertising features. Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with platform guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years in social media advertising or digital marketing with a focus on paid social campaigns. Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads . Understanding of paid social metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting. Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting . Strong ad copywriting skills and creative collaboration. Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization . Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred). Additional Requirements: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , or similar analytics tools. Experience with influencer marketing and integrating paid ads with organic social strategies. Knowledge of emerging platforms and trends (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat). Role & responsibilities
