Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Agra. The specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing our online presence. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media platforms, engaging with followers, analyzing metrics, and working closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to analyze social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
