About Us

VIVAZS is an online jewellery brand offering imitation, American diamond, Kundan, Kashmiri, and handmade jewellery. We sell on Myntra, Amazon, and our own website. We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive to grow our brand online.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Packaging & Dispatch☹

• Pack online orders neatly and securely for customers across platforms (Website, Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and quality before dispatch

Order Refunds & Cancellations:

• Handle refund requests for orders placed via website and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)

Social Media Handling:

• Create and post content (images, reels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
• Plan monthly content calendars for product launches, offers, and festivals.
• Reply to customer comments and messages.
• Track post-performance and suggest improvements.
• Follow social media trends and use trending hashtags.

Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Basic computer & mobile app knowledge
• Language: English & Hindi

Requirements

• 3 months –2 years of social media experience (fashion/jewellery preferred).
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Good writing skills in English.
• Creative and updated with social media trends.

Timings: 9AM-6PM (Monday- Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,835.15 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
