Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media content, engaging with the online community, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and reach.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with social media management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry is beneficial
