Job Summary

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Lorien Finance's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital content from trends and reels to storytelling and community engagement. You'll ideate campaigns, execute them end-to-end, and track performance to ensure our content connects with students, partners, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Ideate and produce engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored for each platform.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-performing creatives.

Trend Spotting & Storytelling

  • Stay updated on latest social media trends, hashtags, and formats.
  • Experiment with new content ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Create narratives that connect with student aspirations and journeys.

Community Engagement

  • Manage and respond to interactions across platforms.
  • Work on influencer outreach and student engagement initiatives.
  • Support online campaigns that build community trust and relatability.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across platforms using insights and analytics tools.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 02 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with design/video tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with student communities, study abroad, or fintech is a plus.
