Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity
• Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including written posts, visuals, videos, and graphics
• Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
• Interact with audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active and positive online community
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, optimising ad spend and targeting to maximise ROI
• Monitor and analyse social media performance using data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements
• Stay current with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
