UBSS is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content , designing professional graphics, and building the UBSS brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and more. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to craft compelling visuals, manage social campaigns, and help generate meaningful engagement from students and prospects. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with UBSS branding and campaigns. Create original content: posts, reels, stories, promotional videos, and emailers. Design high-quality visuals, banners, infographics, and other creatives for digital use. Write captions, hashtags, and copy that resonate with the student audience. Schedule and manage posts across platforms (Meta Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Monitor engagement, analyse insights, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with internal departments to align content with academic and marketing goals. Requirements: Proven experience in graphic design and content creation for social media. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator , or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices. Excellent English communication skills—both written and visual. Video editing skills (basic to intermediate) are a strong plus. Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Why Join UBSS?
