Core Team Role

We’re building a streetwear brand from scratch. Right now, we’re just two people grinding it out daily. We’re looking for a third core team member who’s hungry, plugged into internet culture, and ready to build from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Research, script & create 20–25 Instagram Reels per month
• Translate trends, audio, and meme formats into content that fits our vibe
• Work closely with our in-house video editor to bring ideas to life
• Write sharp captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions
• Manage content calendar + post content regularly
• Plan UGC/influencer ideas to scale our presence

A Real Talk Disclaimer:

This is not a slow, 9-to-5 chill job. We’re a young startup with big goals and no room for coasting.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has that “get-it-done” attitude
• Can think, execute, and adapt fast
• Is willing to work odd hours sometimes, experiment, fail, and go again
• If you're just looking for a fixed desk job, this won’t be the right fit.
• If you're looking to build something meaningful from the ground up, we’ll give you that shot.

Ideal Fit:

• You're always on Instagram and know what’s trending
• You write fast and can think in short hooks, memes, and audio-first ideas
• You’ve got great taste in visuals, streetwear, memes, or youth culture
• You’ve created content for yourself or for other brands (even if small)
• Bonus: You’ve worked with D2C or startup brands before
