Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
• Create engaging, high-quality posts, stories, reels, and campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for visual and written assets.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (13 years) in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva/Adobe tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and creativity.
