We build digital experiences that attract, engage, and retain remote professionals and clients worldwide. This fully remote role supports our night-shift social media operations across India to drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish compelling organic social content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) tailored to time-zone-driven night-shift audiences.
• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager to meet CPA, CPL, and engagement KPIs.
• Manage community engagement during night hours: respond to comments/messages, escalate enquiries, and maintain brand voice consistency.
• Monitor social analytics (Google Analytics, platform insights), produce nightly performance reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Maintain and update content calendars, coordinate with design and content teams, and ensure timely publication for campaigns and product launches.
• Use social listening tools to identify trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities to inform creative and paid strategies.
