Minimum 7 years experience in social media marketing and management, including campaign planning and execution for B2B and/or B2C organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel social media campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis.
Deep familiarity with major platforms paid advertising tools, community building, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
Strong leadership skills for guiding teams and external partners.
Excellent content creation, communication, and copywriting skills.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Prior experience working with brands/agencies in Pune is an advantage.
