Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Understand client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions.Serve as a liaison between the client and internal departments such as creative, marketing, and operations.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports.Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of campaigns/projects as per client requirements.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.Track project milestones and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.Maintain client documentation and update CRM tools regularly.
