We’re an early-stage startup building a marketplace that actually needs to exist — and we want creative minds to help us tell that story.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize, script, and create

  short-form videos

  for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Edit videos with engaging cuts, transitions, captions, and effects to boost reach and retention
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with brand voice
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable, platform-friendly clips
• Research trending audio, formats, and styles to maximize engagement
• Track performance of video content and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for video creation and social media storytelling
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar)
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video content trends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in visuals and sound
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a startup environment
• Prior experience in video editing/content creation (personal projects count!) is a plus
