Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Intern , located in Pune (work from office) . The Social Media Intern will assist in end-to-end content production and day-to-day account management. Daily tasks include content ideation and moodboarding, creating assets (Canva / basic design), caption writing, scheduling posts, monitoring channels and responding to comments, and tracking basic performance metrics. The intern will support shoots (planning and on-set assistance), help prepare shot lists and BTS content, and collaborate closely with the team on campaign execution and client deliverables. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn across creative and operational tasks. Qualifications Practical skills in social media content creation and social-first thinking (Instagram-first). Working knowledge of Canva; familiarity with basic Adobe tools or short-form editing is a plus. Strong written communication and a good ear for on-brand captions and tone. Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and be present on-site (Pune). Open to fresh graduates and recent pass-outs only (not for students currently enrolled in college). Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a willingness to assist on shoots, follow processes, and meet deadlines.
