Social Media Marketing Intern

As a Video Content & Outreach Intern at our company, your main responsibility will be to shoot and edit short-form videos such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Interviews. You will also be filming founder clips, team intros, customer stories, and intern takeovers. Additionally, you will create video explainers to showcase Solar Capital's model and mission. Your role will involve conducting customer surveys to gather real insights and collaborating with the marketing team on scriptwriting and storytelling. Reporting key learnings from audience feedback and behavior will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Shoot and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, and Premiere - Film founder clips, team intros, customer stories, and intern takeovers - Create video explainers for Solar Capital's model and mission - Conduct customer surveys to gather real insights - Collaborate with the marketing team on scriptwriting and storytelling - Report key learnings from audience feedback and behavior Qualifications Required: - Experience in video creation and editing - Comfort on camera or directing others - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for surveys and interviews - Interest in clean energy, impact startups, or digital storytelling - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Please note that this internship is unpaid and can be done remotely or in a hybrid format. The duration of the internship is 8-12 weeks starting immediately.
