Schbang is looking for someone who can juggle social media management, hashtags, Vox Pops, and a little bit of chaos — all while keeping their cool.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and moderate content across social media platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns
• Conduct Vox Pops — from ideation to execution (yes, talking to real humans!)
• Bring fresh ideas to the table for content creation and social media strategy
• Ensure timely delivery and reporting of campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in managing & moderating social media content
• Strong coordination and basic operations know-how
• Comfortable managing and conducting Vox Pops
• Fluency in Hindi & English (bonus points if you can mix them effortlessly)
• A knack for content ideation, storytelling, and building social media strategies
