• Monitor and respond to followers' comments and messages to ensure community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, impressions) using tools like Meta Insights or Buffer.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
• Help plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with digital marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitors’ activities.
• Assist in designing creatives using Canva or collaborating with designers.
• Work closely with the SEO and content teams to boost online presence.
