About the Internship

1. Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

2. Create and publish content, including posts, stories, and reels

3. Actively shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short-form video content

4. Work with the design team to develop engaging visuals and creatives

5. Use editing tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or other editing tools to produce polished content

6. Monitor industry trends, social media influencers, and viral content to inspire fresh ideas

7. Assist in scheduling and managing posts using Meta Business Suite and other tools

8. Track and report on weekly social media performance

9. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative direction

10. Engage with online communities, groups, and forums to increase visibility and reach.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of content writing and storytelling
• Video shooting and editing 
• Understanding of social media platforms and marketing fundamentals

Additional Requirements:

• Zeal to learn digital marketing 
• Open to work from office and on site 
• Course certification in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing will be preferred
• Creative mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team
