Social Media Marketing Intern

Organization: Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage FIWE’s official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Design & create engaging posts, reels, stories, and event highlights
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn outreach)
• Generate leads for FIWE’s programs, workshops, and events through online & offline channels
• Research potential partners, sponsors, and members for FIWE
• Prepare weekly reports on social media growth, marketing activities, and lead conversion

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of social media marketing & content creation
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, MS Excel
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills for lead generation
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Interest in entrepreneurship, women empowerment & NGO sector is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
