Social Media Marketing Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager who can own the brand’s visual voice and run content like a machine. If you can design clean, modern creatives, move quickly with trends, and manage a calendar without waiting for briefs, this role is for you.

As the Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, you will design, publish, and analyse content across platforms while keeping the brand crisp and consistent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and lightweight motion assets
• Manage the monthly content calendar and daily publishing
• Maintain a consistent brand voice
• Plan and execute campaigns around product launches and features
• Track performance and turn insights into next week’s plan
• Collaborate with product and copy to align design with business goals
• Organise assets, templates, and brand systems for speed

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 0 to 2 years in design and social; internships and freelance count
• A portfolio that shows taste and consistency
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools or Canva for speed where needed
• Understanding of platform basics across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
• Eye for clean, minimal design and strong typography
• Clear communication and an ownership mindset
