Role Overview :

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist who also has strong graphic design expertise. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Meta algorithms, understand Instagram’s ever-changing dynamics, and know how to use them to drive engagement and growth. Knowledge of AI tools or applications will be a big plus, helping us stay ahead in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, visually appealing graphic creatives for all business-related media as per latest Instagram Reel Trends
• Plan, design, and execute social media campaigns tailored to brand voice and audience.
• Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Optimize posts and strategies based on Meta algorithm updates and Instagram behavior.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline design, content creation, and analytics.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Graphic Designing: Strong ability to create engaging visual content for digital media.
• Experience in Social Media Channels: Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• In-depth Knowledge on Algorithms: Strong understanding of how Meta’s algorithms impact organic reach.
• AI Marketing Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation and analytics (preferred).
• Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Creative mindset with a strategic approach to driving engagement and Ready to Experiment New Things
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
